Job Description

The Senior Partner Manager for Microsoft will own and manage all aspects of Enable’s strategic relationship with Microsoft globally, overseeing Azure Marketplace listings, driving co-sell motions, and managing joint go-to-market initiatives. This is a quota-carrying role focused on partner-sourced revenue and pipeline generation, requiring experience with Microsoft or managing Microsoft as a partner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft relationship globally
  • Develop and execute Microsoft partnership strategy
  • Oversee and optimize Azure Marketplace listing
  • Lead Microsoft co-sell program
  • Manage and expand Microsoft Dynamics partner network
  • Own partner-sourced revenue quota
  • Generate and manage pipeline
  • Maintain CRM data and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft partnership requirements

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of partner management, channel sales, or business development in B2B SaaS
  • Direct experience with Microsoft
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • Experience with Azure Marketplace and co-sell programs
  • Strategic and data-driven
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
