Responsibilities
Coordinate with interpreters and reporters
Create and maintain processes and documentation
Monitor high-risk proceedings in real time
Review event recordings for accuracy and compliance
Verify and process vendor invoices
Requirements
2+ years in client or technical support
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Front, OpenPhone, and Zoom is a plus
