Job Description

The Production Operations Manager leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of transcript deliverable production for Depositions by Filevine. This role involves managing a team responsible for pre-production, post-production, quality control, and delivery workflows, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-production and post-production workflows
• Ensure accurate processing of transcripts and exhibits
• Manage formatting, packaging, and delivery of deliverables
• Monitor quality and resolve issues
• Manage, coach, and develop team members
• Set goals and maintain accountability
• Forecast workload and plan capacity
• Improve processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate on product updates and workflow enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations or production management
• Prior people-management experience
• Strong operational acumen and process improvement skills
• Comfort navigating deadlines and high-volume environments
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Excel, Notion, and Slack
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
