Filevine is seeking a motivated operations associate to optimize their gig economy model for digital reporters. This role focuses on capacity planning, onboarding, process improvement, and retention strategies to ensure high-quality service and a smooth experience for digital reporters. The associate will drive improvements supporting growth and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Model and forecast capacity for digital reporter workforce
• Own end-to-end digital reporting onboarding
• Create and A/B test operational guidelines
• Develop and implement retention strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Support regional expansion strategy

Requirements

• 2-5 years of operations experience, preferably in tech or gig economy
• Proven track record of developing scalable systems
• Skill in data and analytics
• Strategic thinking and business understanding
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
