Filevine is seeking a product designer to focus on user needs and technical feasibility, collaborating with product owners and engineers to create intuitive experiences from discovery to launch. The role involves crafting user journeys and prototypes using their design system, delivering visually stunning and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorming, prototyping, development, and feature launch
• Collaborating with engineering to ship MVP features
• Crafting interactive prototypes and specs
• Articulating design solutions to stakeholders
• Participating in design reviews and critiques
• Utilizing and maintaining a shared component library
• Contributing to strategic planning

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
• 2+ years of design system experience
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices
• Excellent visual design skills
• Figma expertise
• User research experience
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration experience
• Strong communication and self-management skills
• Result-driven and process-driven approach
