Filevine is seeking a Marketing Associate to manage the end-to-end creation and execution of webinars and podcasts, including scheduling, promotion, technical execution, and content management. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver educational content and manage marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate webinar & podcast logistics
• Support creation of promotional materials
• Manage webinar platform setup
• Track registration data and attendance
• Follow up with attendees
• Create post-webinar summaries
• Develop webinar & podcast topics
• Maintain webinar & podcast calendar
• Upload and tag content

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a technical or organizational role
• Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
• Librarian or digital content management skills
• Experience running Zoom Webinars is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Polished communication skills
• Ability to learn new technology
