Filevine is seeking a Marketing Associate to manage the end-to-end creation and execution of webinars and podcasts, including scheduling, promotion, technical execution, and content management. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver educational content and manage all marketing content within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate webinar & podcast logistics
• Create promotional materials
• Manage webinar platform setup
• Track registration and attendance
• Follow up with attendees
• Create post-webinar reports
• Develop webinar & podcast topics
• Maintain webinar calendar
• Upload and tag content

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a technical or organizational role
• Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
• Librarian or digital content management skills
• Experience with Zoom Webinars is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Polished communication skills
• Ability to learn new technology
