Filevine is seeking commissioned Texas Notaries Public to join their Digital Reporter Network. Digital Reporters facilitate remote legal proceedings by managing Zoom calls, assisting with technical issues, and ensuring accurate transcripts. This is a flexible, remote, 1099 independent contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Zoom sessions professionally
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure optimal audio for transcription
• Administer oaths and manage procedural steps
• Work from scripts and forms with detail
• Uphold confidentiality

Requirements

• Active Texas Notary Public license
• Strong internet connection
• Video-enabled computer
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Availability during standard business hours
• Familiarity with Zoom
• Legal industry experience (bonus)
