Job Description

Filevine is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a Mid Market sales team, responsible for meeting sales targets, motivating the team, and developing strategic sales plans to acquire new customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire Account Executives
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Manage team activities and goal attainment
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Ensure effective territory plans
  • Collaborate across functions
  • Partner with VP of Sales to execute strategic plans

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience leading a sales team
  • 4+ years’ of direct SaaS selling experience
  • Experience with enablement, training, and mentoring
  • Ability to source and create pipeline
  • Experience using Salesforce, Domo, and Clari
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder sales
  • Knowledge of strategic selling methodologies
  • High EQ and strong strategic planning skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
