Job Description

Filevine is seeking a VP of Sales to lead a team of Directors overseeing Account Executives focused on new customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves setting sales strategy, optimizing processes, and driving performance through data analysis and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy
  • Build and lead a team of Account Executives
  • Establish sales processes and enablement programs
  • Define sales territories, quotas, and compensation
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and coach Account Executives
  • Partner with Marketing for lead generation
  • Track key performance metrics
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with sales technologies
  • Assist in sales planning
  • Drive analytical support
  • Maintain key performance metrics and dashboards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in high-tech or SaaS
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong coaching and people leadership abilities
  • Data-driven mindset
