Job Description

Filevine is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead and inspire their outbound BDR team. This role focuses on developing a high-performing team that generates qualified opportunities through intent reports, cold calling, and events, with a strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring BDRs for future growth into Account Executive roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of outbound BDRs
  • Develop BDR sales skills and prepare them for AE roles
  • Manage team performance and CRM accuracy
  • Build and execute outbound strategy
  • Monitor activity metrics and enforce best practices
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations

  • Deliver performance reports and forecasts

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience managing high-performing sales development teams
  • Exceptional people management and coaching skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach
  • Strategic mindset and ability to manage change
  • Growth-oriented and learning mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
