Job Description

Filevine is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to shape and execute their data and analytics strategy. This leadership role involves delivering corporate metrics and actionable insights to executive leadership, driving operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on analytics leader with strong technical skills, business acumen, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate analytics function and deliver executive-level dashboards
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts
• Partner with executive leaders to identify key trends
• Conduct and present complex analyses
• Build and maintain data pipelines and models
• Ensure data integrity and consistency
• Develop frameworks for tracking key SaaS metrics
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven ability to manage and develop analytics teams
• Expertise in SQL
• Experience with Domo or equivalent BI tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures
• Familiarity with SaaS business models
• Exceptional communication skills
• High attention to detail
