Job Description

SimpliSafe is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Control Tower Strategy & Reporting team. This role focuses on strengthening the Global Logistics operating model through reporting, KPI governance, strategic visibility, and program management across various logistics functions. The analyst will be responsible for measuring performance, identifying opportunities, and executing key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute structured reporting
• Build and maintain executive dashboards
• Shape the visibility framework
• Program manage key logistics initiatives
• Lead productivity and cost-related improvement efforts
• Track and operationalize the Global Logistics Productivity Pipeline
• Develop and evolve logistics KPIs
• Align stakeholders to consistent KPI definitions
• Provide cost reporting
• Build and enhance Tableau dashboards
• Conduct scenario modeling
• Mentor peers on interpreting logistics KPIs
• Develop scalable documentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years in program management, operations strategy, supply chain, or logistics analytics
• Strong analytical toolkit (SQL, Tableau)
• Experience developing KPI frameworks
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations
