Job Description

SimpliSafe is seeking a dedicated Outdoor Security Monitoring Specialist to provide top-tier monitoring support to customers, responding to emergency and non-emergency events, and ensuring home security. This role requires working fully onsite during evening/overnight shifts and obtaining state regulatory licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier monitoring support
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency camera events
• Analyze situations and dispatch emergency services
• Enter data into computer systems
• Review and annotate images
• Stay abreast of company policy changes
• Obtain state regulatory licensing

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass state licensing background checks
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Excel)
• Ability to maintain composure in high-intensity situations
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proven record of attendance and timeliness
