Job Description

SimpliSafe is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end setup and onboarding experience for their mobile applications. This role requires a data-driven individual who can collaborate with design, engineering, and hardware teams to create intuitive solutions and ensure a positive first experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Define vision for device setup and onboarding
• Understand customer needs through research
• Collaborate with UX, analysts, and engineering
• Translate requirements into user stories
• Test, iterate, and analyze feature performance
• Prioritize based on impact and value
• Communicate roadmaps and progress
• Proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with mobile applications
• Experience with hardware/IoT is a plus
• Ability to influence stakeholders
• Track record of shipping products bridging physical and digital experiences
• User-centered design thinking
• Data-driven decision making with tools like Amplitude and Tableau
• Comfort working across multiple disciplines
