Job Description

True Anomaly is seeking a Lead Build Engineer to lead the build, assembly, testing, and integration for a next-generation missile defense program. This role involves developing and managing build plans, ensuring design-for-manufacturability, and coordinating with various teams for successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly, integration, and build operations for missile defense vehicles
• Develop and manage build plans, procedures, and tooling
• Ensure design-for-manufacturability
• Maintain configuration integrity throughout build
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on experience delivering aerospace vehicle builds
• Expertise in integration processes and manufacturing documentation
• Proven leadership in aerospace program design, analysis, and verification
• Knowledge of propellant tank building processes
• Expertise with SINDA/FLUINT or equivalent tools
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for DoD Secret clearance
