This role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing top technical talent, and partnering with leaders to scale the organization. It's a contract-to-hire position with a focus on hiring engineering talent for the future of space security.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting process
• Source and engage technical talent
• Deliver an exemplary candidate experience
• Build and nurture talent pipelines
• Maintain ATS data and drive process excellence
• Provide hiring progress updates
• Partner cross-functionally with other teams
• Act as a brand ambassador

Requirements

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong track record filling technical roles
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience using data to inform hiring decisions
• Commitment to excellent service
• Highly organized and proactive
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible for authorizations
