Job Description

True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Program Manager to lead the technical execution of a next-generation missile defense program. This role involves accountability for cost, schedule, and performance of the host vehicle development effort, coordinating across multiple teams and ensuring program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of missile defense program
• Manage program plans, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams
• Lead risk management and milestone tracking
• Manage stakeholder communication

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience in aerospace vehicle development
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and major subcontracts
• Strong understanding of earned value management and risk assessment
• Strong background in systems engineering practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for DoD Secret clearance
