Job Description

True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead mission-critical ground station, communication, and regulatory programs. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge in RF communications and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. They will drive alignment across multiple teams and work with external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage spacecraft licensing, ground station coordination, and RF platform development
  • Ensure alignment across the organization for regulatory and RF requirements
  • Direct internal and external stakeholders to support regulatory programs
  • Provide risk assessments, schedule estimates, and recommendations
  • Provide strategic direction and resolve day-to-day issues
  • Perform risk/issue assessments and resolution
  • Oversee and manage subcontractor activities
  • Lead preparation of applications, studies, and deliverables

Requirements

  • Experience with spacecraft and/or ground station FCC and NOAA license applications
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven experience in team building, time management, and communication
  • Ability to accommodate multiple projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience or equivalent
