True Anomaly is seeking a Software Engineer I to lead the development of their distributed spacecraft ground control system. The role involves designing, developing, and sustaining software systems using Elixir, collaborating with engineers, and impacting the future of space security and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain satellite command and control software
• Participate in team collaborations on architecture, design, and code reviews
• Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
• Functional programming experience in Elixir and/or Erlang
• Experience developing resilient and fault-tolerant architecture
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with distributed systems
• U.S. Citizen
