Job Description

True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Digital Thread Architect to lead the technical execution of a next-generation missile defense program. This role focuses on ensuring the technical integrity, accuracy, and repeatability of structural analysis, establishing standards, tools, and verification processes. It requires deep technical expertise in finite element and reduced-order modeling combined with strong leadership in analysis methodology.

Responsibilities

• Support overall technical integrity of the missile defense program
• Lead technical reviews and milestone readiness assessments
• Translate technical direction into actionable guidance
• Lead integrated design reviews and risk boards
• Ensure interfaces between major subsystems are technically sound
• Drive technical integration across disciplines
• Oversee verification planning and ensure requirements are traceable
• Mentor discipline leads and ensure consistency in standards
• Enforce engineering rigor and documentation
• Support balancing technical, schedule, and cost trade-offs
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering for technical baseline
• Represent engineering during customer meetings

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in aerospace systems engineering
• Proven record of leading multidisciplinary teams
• Deep understanding of configuration management and verification processes
• Strong background in systems, structures, propulsion, GNC, or avionics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret clearance
