Job Description

True Anomaly is seeking a creative and experienced engineer to develop and design harness assemblies and routing on spacecraft and test setups. This role involves interconnecting electronics and power subsystems, ensuring the harnessing design meets quality and reliability standards, and coordinating with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create 3D harness routes and electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Generate wiring diagrams; understand grounding and shielding principles
  • Interface and coordinate with engineering, program management, production, and quality teams
  • Analyze harnesses with quality and reliability standards
  • Perform IR/DWV testing
  • Support production and quality assurance
  • Develop BOM’s and work within ERP system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering
  • Experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, NX or similar 3D CAD software
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated curiosity and engagement with company values
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time
  • Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance
  • U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible for U.S. Department of State authorizations
