Job Description

True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Ground Test Engineer to lead the rapid test launch campaign for a next-generation missile defense program. This role involves leading site selection, design, and readiness of ground test infrastructure, overseeing safe planning and execution of ground test launches, and managing design and integration of ground support equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site selection, design, and readiness of ground test infrastructure

• Manage design and integration of ground support equipment

• Mission assurance

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading major ground test or launch campaigns
• Deep expertise in range operations, test safety, and ground support systems
• Proven leadership in complex test environments
• Proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program
• Ability to scale analytical rigor
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
• Demonstrated expertise with SINDA/FLUINT, Thermal Desktop, or equivalent tools
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field
• U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret
