Job Description

True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead to lead the rapid test launch campaign for a next-generation missile defense program. This role involves leading systems engineering, integration, and test, defining system architecture, and driving system-level trades and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering, integration, and test for the missile defense program
• Define system architecture, interfaces, and verification/validation plans
• Drive integration readiness and ensure end-to-end system traceability
• Drive system-level trades, test planning, and performance assessment

Requirements

• 10+ years full lifecycle experience leading systems engineering and integration/test on major aerospace programs
• Strong technical leadership and systems architecture expertise
• Proven leadership in complex test environments
• Proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program
• Ability to scale analytical rigor
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
• Demonstrated expertise with DOORS, SysML, JAMA, and other MBSE tools
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field
• U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret
