Job Description

True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Structural Integrity Lead to lead the technical execution of a next-generation missile defense program. This role involves establishing and enforcing structural integrity processes, developing and validating structural models, and managing structural margins.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce structural integrity processes and standards
  • Develop and validate structural models
  • Manage structural margins
  • Define and maintain fracture control, fatigue, creep, and damage tolerance methodologies
  • Establish verification and test processes

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in fracture control and structural analysis using FEM
  • Proven leadership in aerospace program design, analysis, and verification
  • Ability to scale analytical rigor
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Expertise with NASTRAN, ABAQUS, or NASGRO
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • U.S. Citizenship and DoD Secret eligibility
