Job Description

True Anomaly is seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to manage a team providing Tier 1 & 2 technical support to employees, maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT support team and daily activities
  • Manage support desk ticket queue and delegation
  • Serve as first point of contact for IT issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware
  • Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence
  • Deploy and maintain hardware and software
  • Collaborate with other IT team members
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications
  • 5+ years of IT support experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Powershell/Bash scripting
  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS
  • Experience with MDM tools
  • Experience with remote support tools
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies
  • U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance
