Smartsheet is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive customer satisfaction by designing and implementing Smartsheet solutions to meet business objectives. This role involves post-sales engagements, working with customers and partners to convert requirements into effective solutions, and serving as a subject matter expert on Smartsheet functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engagements to implement Smartsheet solutions
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs
• Build Smartsheet solutions through prototyping and iterative sprints
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client relations
• Advise on best practices for Smartsheet platform usage
• Collaborate with consulting team members
• Review and validate solution designs
• Identify product expansion opportunities
• Provide post-engagement feedback
• Maintain billable utilization

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with web-based technologies
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with SaaS application configuration
• Business process optimization experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies
