Smartsheet is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Sr. Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of navigation experiences within the Smartsheet application, utilizing technologies like AI, OpenSearch, and modern web technologies. This role involves managing engineering teams, mentoring team members, collaborating with product and design teams, and driving the development of high-quality software.

Requirements

• 10+ years software development experience
• 4+ years previous management experience
• Strong background in AI/ML features for search
• Experience productionizing and scaling ML models
• Experience building scalable cloud applications
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• AWS or other Cloud experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
