Job Description

The Senior Manager, Sales Productivity will lead the transformation of the global sales organization through technology and process improvements. This role involves defining and executing the sales productivity roadmap, leading a team, and influencing go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth and seller effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales productivity strategy
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales productivity specialists
  • Own the technology stack roadmap for the GTM organization
  • Partner with C-suite and senior leadership
  • Establish KPIs and build executive dashboards
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Champion data-driven decision making
  • Present quarterly business reviews

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales operations, or revenue enablement
  • 3+ years in people management
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations
  • Executive presence and influencing skills
  • Expertise in scaling sales productivity functions
  • Proficiency in sales technology ecosystems (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc)
  • Strong analytical capabilities (SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI)
  • Strategic mindset
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
