Job Description

Smartsheet is seeking a Sr. Partner Account Manager to optimize their U.S. & Canada channel by recruiting new partners and assisting with their onboarding and launch of a Smartsheet focused practice. This role involves collaboration with sales teams and developing business plans with new partners to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new Solution Provider Partners
  • Manage partner recruitment programs
  • Develop business plans and Go-to-Market efforts with new partners
  • Maximize partner engagement with co-marketing efforts
  • Manage MDF deployment and partner marketing plans
  • Secure partner preference and investment in Smartsheet

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of full cycle channel sales management experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with software partner programs (MDF, DealReg, Partner Enablement)
  • Experience recruiting partners for SaaS applications
  • Demonstrated ability in managing partners and joint business planning
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and G Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
