Smartsheet is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to drive business investments within enterprise solutions. The role involves defining vision and strategy, aligning with customer needs and industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This position can be based in Bellevue, WA, or remotely within the US.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for enterprise solutions
• Inform work with company objectives, customer needs, and market trends
• Drive alignment with cross-functional leaders
• Guide experimentation and decisions with data
• Run experiments and test prototypes
• Communicate strategy and product insights
• Mentor junior product managers
• Form strong cross-team partnerships

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management or consulting experience (B2B, enterprise)
• Knowledge of project and portfolio management (PPM)
• Experience scaling user experiences on high-scale platforms
• Experience prioritizing and driving ARR growth
• Experience with agile development (SAFe preferred)
• Experience delivering complex enterprise software
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to mentor
