Job Description

Galileo is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Events Manager to join their Revenue Marketing Team. This hybrid role focuses on event strategy and execution, demand generation, and marketing operations to drive revenue growth through seamless cross-channel experiences. The manager will lead the planning and execution of events, manage operational components, and collaborate with various teams to maximize brand visibility and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, and field marketing events
  • Lead end-to-end event logistics
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Sales on pre-event outreach
  • Coordinate sponsorships and thought leadership placements
  • Provide on-site coordination for staff and attendees
  • Manage post-event wrap-up and reporting
  • Manage event-related processes and data within Salesforce and Marketo
  • Develop and maintain event dashboards and templates
  • Integrate event programs into broader campaigns
  • Report on event performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on event strategy, demand generation, or marketing operations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and event platforms
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Experience in Fintech or enterprise technology preferred
