Job Description

Galileo is seeking an ACH Technical Project Manager to drive ACH projects during implementation and post-launch, collaborating with fintech clients and sponsor banks to ensure smooth onboarding and resolve production issues. The role involves translating complex concepts into actionable guidance and ensuring reliable financial systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle ACH implementations
• Work with fintech clients and sponsor banks
• Investigate and resolve production issues
• Write SQL queries and analyze ACH files
• Own project planning and documentation
• Support Nacha audits and compliance
• Partner with internal teams to improve processes
• Maintain clear documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years in banking or fintech with ACH payments experience
• Solid knowledge of Nacha Operating Rules
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL
• Proven project leadership experience
• Ability to translate technical details
• Comfortable troubleshooting ambiguous issues
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• AAP or APRP desirable
