Job Description

Galileo is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Card Program Management regulatory compliance program for their rapidly growing payments platform. This role requires a strong background in compliance, relationship management, and regulatory frameworks, with responsibility for the end-to-end design, launch, and management of payment card products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal and state consumer protection laws
• Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and partners
• Develop reporting strategies for partner banks and internal teams
• Support customer due diligence and suspicious activity reporting
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate audits
• Monitor evolving regulations and update the program
• Lead meetings with business development and technical teams
• Run projects to enhance program efficiency
• Implement internal processes and best practices
• Document processes and procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of compliance or risk management experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• In-depth knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, and consumer protection regulations
• Experience with bank partnership compliance
• Experience reviewing bank and vendor agreements
• Hands-on experience with compliance tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience building and managing banking operations
• Familiarity with fintech lifecycle is a plus
