Job Description

As a Staff Product Manager, Card Processing, you will lead product strategy and execution for credit and charge card processing capabilities for consumer and commercial clients. This role involves modernizing the platform, driving cloud transition, and presenting business cases to executives.

Responsibilities

• Research client needs and market trends
• Build business cases for new ideas
• Break down requirements into epics and user stories
• Prioritize and drive product backlogs
• Ensure data collection and analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Drive improvements to product management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline
• 7+ years in product management with financial/payment services knowledge
• Expertise in API-first fintech platforms
• Experience in issuer credit/commercial card processing
• Strong communication skills
• Experience managing complex product development
• Ability to present to C-level leadership
