OpenTable is seeking a dynamic Everboarding Programs Manager to drive the development, delivery, and execution of role-specific GTM and Upskilling programs post employee onboarding for sales and service teams. This role focuses on optimizing performance and contributing to company growth through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage learning paths for the Restaurant Sales & Services team
• Identify knowledge and skills gaps and build strategies to close them
• Organize and deliver live training sessions
• Measure performance of curricula and learning programs
• Manage project plans and timelines
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations
• Deliver quality training programs and materials

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Program Management or Enablement
• 2+ years Sales or Sales Enablement experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, or related field
• Experience in SaaS companies
• Track record of building high-impact enablement programs
• Facilitation and presentation skills
• Understanding of adult learning theory
• Strong training measurement skills
• Knowledge of sales processes and systems
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Strategic thinking and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
