Job Description

Axuall is seeking a strategic business leader to build and lead their Account Management function. This role focuses on the post-implementation customer lifecycle, driving retention, expansion, and executive-level relationships within their enterprise healthcare portfolio. The position requires a leader capable of operating at the C-suite level while building and scaling a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Own C-suite relationships at strategic accounts
  • Conduct quarterly executive business reviews
  • Secure executive sponsorship and lead commercial negotiations
  • Drive revenue growth and retention
  • Build and manage an expansion pipeline
  • Lead renewal strategy
  • Develop ROI measurement framework
  • Produce executive-ready case studies
  • Build and manage a customer advocacy program
  • Build and scale the Account Management team
  • Establish account segmentation strategy
  • Develop playbooks and processes
  • Partner with Sales, Client Services, Product, and Support
  • Champion customer feedback to Product

Requirements

  • 12+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or strategic account leadership
  • 5+ years leading, building, and developing a team
  • Healthcare technology/SaaS experience required
  • Managing multi-million dollar ARR portfolios
