Job Description

Valo Health is seeking an Associate Director or Director of Program Management to work with Therapeutics Research Program and Project Leads. The role focuses on strategic and operational excellence across drug development programs, including planning, tracking, reporting, and driving alignment through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic planning activities
• Maximize program team effectiveness
• Track and communicate program progress
• Issue reports on program status
• Lead cross functional projects
• Reinforce team operating principles
• Contribute to team growth and development

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field, PhD preferred
• 5+ years of cross-functional program management experience
• 5+ years of drug development experience
• Strong knowledge of drug discovery and development
• Ability to manage complex teams and processes
• Experience with program management tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• PMP certification or equivalent proficiency is a plus
• Permanent US work authorization
