Job Description

Truveta is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to secure applications, cloud infrastructure, and critical assets from cyber threats. The role involves application security reviews, vulnerability management, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure security and compliance within a healthcare data platform.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Application Security Review assessments
• Collaborate with Engineering teams on vulnerability remediation
• Participate in vulnerability review processes
• Proactively engage Engineering teams for timely issue remediation
• Maintain knowledge of security best practices
• Review security and privacy practices
• Define and deliver vulnerability management strategy
• Interact with privacy and compliance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in application & system security reviews
• 2+ years of experience in managing vulnerabilities in a cloud environment
• 1+ years of experience with Python, .NET, or Java
• Excellent written and verbal skills
