Job Description

Truveta is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to design, implement, and support solutions for their Digital Workplace strategy, focusing on securing access to data and applications within a cloud-based environment. The role emphasizes identity lifecycle management, access governance, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle and access management
• Conduct access reviews and entitlement cleanups
• Process and validate access requests
• Support application onboarding into IAM systems
• Implement and support IAM security controls
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain IAM documentation and improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 3-5 years of IAM experience with Azure focus
• Strong understanding of Azure Entra ID
• Experience with SSO integrations and identity protocols
• Ability to analyze and improve access models
• Proficiency with PowerShell
• Working knowledge of IT/security governance frameworks
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
