Truveta is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop adaptive agentic systems and fine-tuned foundation models for healthcare AI. The role involves blending ML craftsmanship with platform engineering to create scalable AI agents that learn from healthcare data and deliver meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied AI, model optimization, and agentic intelligence.

Requirements
