Truveta is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to support the Chief Growth Officer, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across the Growth organization (Marketing and Product) and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and other teams. This high-impact role focuses on operational efficiency, strategic initiatives, and ensuring the CGO's priorities are met.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic priorities for Marketing and Product
• Manage quarterly planning and KPI tracking
• Prepare briefing materials and presentations
• Lead cross-functional initiatives
• Identify risks and ensure follow-up
• Improve operational processes
• Represent the CGO in meetings
• Support special projects

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff role
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Comfort working with metrics and data
