Truveta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end technical program delivery for partner data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data access for clinical research teams. This role involves program leadership, technical troubleshooting, and operational improvement, requiring strong collaboration with health system members and data partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead data onboarding engagements
• Serve as the external facing technical partner
• Own operations & continuous improvement
• Manage operational data incidents
• Be the voice of the member within Truveta
• Mentor and support teammates

Requirements

• 5+ years technical program/project management delivering cloud data services
• 3–5+ years working with healthcare data
• Strong program discipline
• Comfortable in product/ops environments
• Experience in a startup environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
