Truveta is seeking a Customer Facing Research Analyst to support strategic engagements with Life Sciences partners. This role involves using technical skills to scope and produce analyses using SQL, R, and Python, collaborating with customers on research, and providing technical support. The position requires a diverse skillset and offers opportunities for growth using a large EHR database.

Responsibilities

• Scope customer analysis requests
• Produce studies and results using SQL, R, and Python
• Collaborate with life sciences customers on analyses
• Communicate project status and support client success
• Provide technical analytics support and customer troubleshooting
• Teach customers data wrangling and analysis using SQL, R, and Python
• Write regex queries to extract clinical concepts
• Create enablement materials for new researchers
• Conduct data source investigations
• Deliver feedback to internal teams for product roadmap

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in clinical research, data analysis, or related field
• Experience with large patient databases
• 3+ years of experience analyzing EHR data using SQL, R, and Python
• Willingness to learn new coding languages
• 2+ years of experience working with customers on research analyses
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
