Job Description

Truveta is seeking a Dedicated Support Research Analyst to work in strategic partnerships with life science customers, providing technical analysis and enablement using their EHR data platform. This role involves understanding customer needs, developing analyses using SQL, R, and Python, collaborating on publications, and ensuring client success. The position reports to the Director of Research Enablement and Development.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand technical analysis needs
• Develop and pursue strategies for dedicated support accounts
• Produce studies and results using SQL, R, and Python
• Collaborate with customers on analyses and publications
• Communicate project status and ensure client success
• Provide technical analytics support and customer troubleshooting
• Teach customers data wrangling and analysis using SQL, R, and Python
• Write regex queries to extract clinical concepts
• Create enablement materials for the Truveta platform
• Conduct data source investigations
• Deliver feedback to internal teams based on customer requests

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in clinical research, data analysis, or related field
• Experience working with large patient databases
• 3+ years of experience analyzing EHR data using SQL, R, and Python
• Willingness to learn new coding languages
• 2+ years of experience delivering research analyses to customers
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
