Truveta is seeking a motivated and innovative Applied Research Scientist with oncology expertise to join their Research team. The role involves conducting applied research studies, applying rigorous methods for observational data, writing and maintaining code for data analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders to generate insights that advance cancer care and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive oncology research studies
• Apply rigorous methods for observational data studies
• Write and maintain code for data analysis
• Manage timelines and dependencies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide feedback on research solution development

Requirements

• MD or PhD in Epidemiology, HEOR, Biostatistics, or related field
• Extensive experience with statistical and econometric methods
• 5+ years of experience with R and/or Python
• 5+ years of experience developing research publications
• 3+ years of experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Team-oriented and results-driven
• Strong presentation and communication skills
