Truveta is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Research Analyst to join Truveta Research, an internal research organization focused on demonstrating the capabilities of their healthcare data platform. The role involves leading end-to-end research studies, analyzing data, and communicating findings to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research studies
• Write and maintain data analysis code
• Write reports and manuscripts
• Manage multiple projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide feedback on research solutions

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of data analytics experience with R and/or Python
• 3+ years of scientific writing experience
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration experience
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
