Job Description

Evident ID is seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist to verify information via phone calls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance policies. This is a remote, part-time position with a focus on building relationships with insurance stakeholders and maintaining data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Verify information via phone calls
  • Build relationships with insurance agencies
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Provide progress reports to managers
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Maintain professionalism during interactions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business insurance, agent license preferred
  • Familiarity with Certificates of Insurance (COI)
  • 2+ years of phone verification or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Additional language fluency is desirable
  • Knowledge of Zendesk is advantageous
  • Adaptability to industry standards
  • Reliable attendance
