Job Description

Sysdig is seeking a Junior Customer Solutions Engineer to provide technical support to customers, build relationships, align features to use cases, and assist with configuration and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers. This role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and contributing to product improvement through customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers as a junior technical resource
  • Build strong relationships with customer teams
  • Align Sysdig features to customer use cases
  • Participate in customer calls and troubleshooting
  • Assist with basic configuration and data collection
  • Capture customer feedback
  • Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms, containers, or networking
  • Familiarity with Linux basics and Kubernetes
  • Interest in scripting, APIs, and automation
  • Awareness of cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Exposure to Prometheus, observability, or DevOps concepts
  • Curiosity and collaborative spirit
