Job Description

Sysdig is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted advisor to customers, improving adoption and expansion of the Sysdig platform. This role involves working with large enterprise environments, understanding customer requirements, and influencing the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
• Improve adoption and expansion of Sysdig platform
• Onboard and implement solutions
• Provide technical enablement
• Understand customer requirements and challenges
• Influence product roadmap

Requirements

• 10+ years experience as solutions architect or similar customer-facing role
• Experience with SaaS companies
• Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies (Container, Kubernetes, Cloud)
• 10+ years experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, Helm, API scripting)
• Excellent English language skills
• Ability to work in remote and international teams
